Is it wrong to take a baby to the suicide forest?

I'm not planning on leaving it there. It's just that I'm pregnant and moving to Japan in Dec. I had all these travel plans for next year.

I mean would it really be that wrong??? I told my husband we shouldn't, but he has a point...it's not like a baby will know they're dead people.

i think its wrong to go at all never mind taking a baby. its NOT a tourist site. the reason they go into the forest to commit suicide is because they think it wont cause anyone trouble. not so they can be gawked at by foreigners going "ha ha ha lookie there. a dead body of a guy so depressed he thought suicide was his best option ha ha ha."

I think a lot depends on your motivation for going. If you just want to gawk it's probably best to do it without the baby, but if you're going there to demonstrate a genuine act of compassion for all the people who felt so unloved they took their own life then there's some who'd say those emotions might be felt by the baby too and I don't necessarily think that's a bad thing.
