Is it wrong to share other person's FACE picture when that person already post them IN A PUBLIC WAY?

Unless pics of their faces are widely seen and/or easily found (celebrities, politicians, etc.), you should first ask permission to post their faces. Some exceptions to this include group pictures, news articles, mug shots, and/or pics they've already publicly posted themselves(only that specific pic) on the same site you intend to post them.
