It is each person's choice to post their face picture publicly. That does not give anyone else the right to take their picture and use it or share it. No wonder there's so many trust issues everywhere.

Unless pics of their faces are widely seen and/or easily found (celebrities, politicians, etc.), you should first ask permission to post their faces. Some exceptions to this include group pictures, news articles, mug shots, and/or pics they've already publicly posted themselves(only that specific pic) on the same site you intend to post them.
