I have bad insomnia. I think it's my stress levels. How can I lower stress?

I should've been heading to sleep around 10-11pm

Stay away from cannabis for a while in case you smoke. Get passiflora tea and valerian tea but be careful of this one as it acts on gaba receptors (like alcohol or benzos), work out, change your diet, have sex. If this dosent help go seek profesional (therapy and a doctor)
