I have bad insomnia. I think it's my stress levels. How can I lower stress?

I should've been heading to sleep around 10-11pm

Assuming you can’t change the things that are stressing you out... I’d try working out 🏋️‍♀️

or honestly before you sleep go for a walk. 15 min out and 15 min back. Listen to an ebook or something on the way.
