Mine usually involve comfort eating. 🙄 Like smoked salmon straight from the packet, sweets or ice-cream or making myself a nice meal. Otherwise shutting myself away from the world with the curtains drawn, renting a decent movie or watching back to back trash on TV.
When I need a pick me up, I take a nice meditative yoga class with Christina. She plays with brass bowls as we meditate. The sound vibrations lull me into another dimension, one without any wickedness. I feel as if I go floating into this comforting vast blackness. Soothing. Relaxing. Restorative. Absolutely Therapeutic.
Sit in solitude and reflect. Then throw on my air pods and listen to music while completing a chore or walking on the treadmill. Finally, a good shower and relaxing.
