Why is autocorrect so annoying?

The good autocorrect software learns from it's users. Unfortunately it also caters to it's users.

I don’t know, but it is. Mine capitalizes words that don’t require it, apparently doesn’t know the word “were” (makes it “we’re”), substitutes “live” for “love” and vice versa.
