Do you think a murderer should be executed if his victim's widow wants that?

I don't think the widow's desires should be the determining factor.

Imagine if Melania had the say and she's happy that the Donald can't exercise the prenup like he did on the other two?

what if they guy had beat her like a drum for a couple of decades and she's happy that her hubby is dead?

that's the other side of the coin.

hopefully justice is delivered in a cold impersonal manner.

now here's the thing I haven't totally worked out in my head yet: is it worse punishment to be locked up with horrible people and constantly on your guard so you don't get killed or to be executed in a relatively quick manner....
