What's you favorite Incense aroma?

I like to burn a little Frankincense in my bedroom before bed. I find I sleep better that way.

It is the dried herb,rosemary. There are charcoal blocks which can be obtained from most Catholic repositories upon which the herb can be placed. The blocks are about one an a half inches wide and are circular. When ignited by a match, they continue to burn for about three minutes. The aroma from rosemary has a very beneficial effect on the third thoracic ganglion.
