Humans are an invasive species and are swarming the planet

I refuse to feel bad about seeing masses of people die in the news. Natural selection is hard at work but unfortunately parasites breed faster than a wildfire can burn. Still almost 8 billion people on this poor planet. Nothing short of planetary catastrophe can save the world. I just hope it happens before humans become a space-faring species. Deities forbid us from spreading our caustic touch across the solar system. Reminds me of when the marvel universe became zombified. They ate everything in the cosmos, and opened a portal to another alternate universe so they could eat all of them before moving on to the next. Perfect metaphor for humanity
