Thoughts on the fact that the teen who licked a half-gallon of Blue Bell ice cream and put it back on the shelf could get up to 20 years in prison?

Blue Bell is charging her with product tampering, which is a felony in the state of Texas. I think its time people are held accountable for their stupid actions. People need to learn that ALL actions have consequences.....If she gets 20 years....thats her fault. if she gets a hefty fine and a few years of probation....thats fine too.

EXACTLY!!!!! what if she has an STD or HIV or has another type of communicable desease? There are enough risks in the normal things of life, we shouldnt have to worry about whos tampering with our groceries......
