Why is everything I eat making me feel slightly sick? 🤢

Beef and broccoli: sick to stomach
Peanut butter and jelly sandwich: sick to stomach
Ice cream: sick to stomach
Grapes: sick to stomach
Green tea with ginger: sick to stomach

Not actually vomiting, but nauseous and acidic 🤢

I'm having the same problem today. Sick stomach, swollen like a balloon, everything I've done has made it worse. And I want to go swimming but just feeling too sick to do it. Headache just started. Someone suggested that it's all the smoke leftover from yesterday's 4th of July fireworks.
