One of my favorite Potassium rich foods is an avocado 🥑. Is it in season where you live?

I eat spinach which is high in potassium.
Avocado's are supposed to be although i don't really like them.
As far as fruit goes i seem to remember watermelon being high, but you'd need to google all this.

Allergic to melons too. It fucking sucks. I do love spinach. I dislike avocados as well. Thank you@SW-User

@ShadowOfMyself Yeah... you can get them at any supermarket either in the bulk section or packaged, they're an awesome snack
ShadowOfMyself · 31-35, M

@ShadowOfMyself oh, my bad. I'm sorry, I read the headline of your post and not the rest. Actually, I think K supplements are your best bet. I have some deficiencies myself and it is much easier to take the supplements than to always look for the right foods.
There is potassium salt (for people trying to cut back on sodium) that you can sprinkle on your food like table salt. It doesn't taste quite like regular sodium chloride salt but it isn't bad.

Interesting. Thank you@quitwhendone
