Why am I so scared of success and being happy?

Maybe there is an underlying feeling that success won’t make you happy.

@SimplyTracie yeah it's like what good is success when your brain can't enjoy it because it is "depressed". I can have a successful life but if I don't take care of my brain it won't feel like it.

@dark548 I think you’re right. Maybe achieving happiness will be your success.

@SimplyTracie I don't like that happiness can be fleeting so I chose to just be ok. I don't like being happy and then losing it.

@dark548 I don’t think anyone is happy 100% of the time. Choose to be happy 😃
