I don’t know, why do baby boomers complain about millennials all the time?

Generations are just another form of tribalism; it’s more “us vs. them” crap. I can’t believe people fall for it. As if people who are born in the same 20 year period have so much in common...

@SW-User Your generation, and the Millennials before yours, have been taught in public schools and universities that elders are no longer to be automatically respected because they are older, and because of that Millennials and Gen Z youth have collectively displayed a massive show of disrespect, blaming us for so many unfounded accusations, and we are tired of it, blaming us for messing up the environment and economy when the massively major majority of us had nothing to do it it.

It doesn’t make sense to me because you can’t blame an entire generation for “messing up” the environment or economy, whatever problems with the economy and environment there are developed gradually and most people were just trying to live their lives and provide a good future for their kids. Everyone wants to blame something other than themselves for their problems. This generational feud is just another way to do that. @NativeOregonian

@SW-User I am glad you are able to look past that, and I find it very honorable :) However, go to other site that cater mostly to Millennials and Gen Z, like Buzzfeed, and you will see your peers viciously attack and blame Boomers and Gen X'ers for for exactly what I mentioned, and it is stemming from public schools and universities.

I’m sure they do but part of why I’m here is because there’s a wider variety of age groups and I don’t want to be around other young people all the time. Lol.@NativeOregonian

@SW-User And you wanting to be around a more diverse range of ages says you are more open to seeing how people really are, instead of relying on what your peers say. That is a good thing :)
