Some do. I know in some Muslim countries like the UAE they have huge Christmas displays in their shopping centres and encourage Muslims to celebrate it with the Christian minority there. I personally celebrate it with my family and a family friend who happens to be Christian by having Christmas Dinner and giving her gifts.

Christmas date is a holiday in multiple cultures though. It has nothing to do with the birth of Christ.

@Sarabee yeah,according to one religion. The other ones predate christianity by a mile. How is that possible?

@Sarabee In Christian mythology, Jesus was probably born in the spring -- the date was changed in the third century by Augustine of Hippo, most probably selected for its proximity to Roman festivals like Saturnalia. In fact, the two holidays essentially merged at that point; the holiday known before the third century was completely different from Saturnalia/Christmas's successor.
