What's it mean

It means a very long time.
As in

"It would take a month of Sundays to clean up that mess."

Some people try to be literal and imagine it means thirty or so months.

@DragonFruit the next Monday will be 31 days from now... On the upside... Your work week will only be 4 days before each weekend

@Llort I’m retired....I don’t have a work week. Monday is in 3 days. I actually usually prefer Mondays to Fridays these days.
