Get one of them nice hotel baths, as hot as you can handle. See if you can watch something on your phone which will distract you without being too engrossing. I find nature documentaries really help because there's no plot to get hooked on and think about. That can help you get you out of your head.

Take a very warm bath, stretch gently, have a soothing beverage, breath deep, long, relaxing breaths, then get into bed and progressively relax your body from the feet up.
