On average how much is 123 acres of land?

I know it will be all different in different places. But on average what would a 123 acre land of mostly trees cost?

It's for sale I can't really find info on it and I don't want to call because I nowhere near buy anything right now. But it's my dream to buy it. I know a lot of wildlife lived there and I don't want anyone to buy it and build on it.

That depends highly on the trees, species and size. Also location to metropolitan areas. But start at a million dollars and work up.

@jim44444 I doubt I will ever be able to buy it. But doesn't mean I can't work on it. Maybe no one has bought it yet because the universe wants it for me lol. Either that or it's stupidly over priced. The location isn't good for a store so that's good. Not a lot of people want to live right on the hwy. But it's possible someone could want to buy it for a corn field.

A local auction for selected timbering on 40 acres of hardwoods got a bid of 147,000 for just the trees.

More information needed. Anywhere from a few hundred dollars to billions depending where it is and what you are permitted to do on it.

Ranges between $75,000 and 5 Million depending on location in my state.

My estimate is between 500-900K
Depending on where.

If you can get it lower than 500k, it's a bargain.👍

you dont have enough info to even make a guess, depending on the type of trees and how old they could make a huge difference. what about zoning? whats it zoned for? you might not be able to build on it. get your shit together, and we might be able to help . 😎

@english it's on a big highway but houses all around not like in a development. In a town most people who live near by don't have neighbors super close. Some people have a farm. I also know it's been for sale for over 6 years maybe over 10 years.

@Iamnotacat there must be a reason for not selling, tell me again why you just cant phone and ask? questions you should ask, is there hydro ,is there water to the property, is there road access ,all these things would added cost to anyone buying the land. good luck let me know 😎

Google, Rural Land for sale in your area, that piece of land should come up.

It depends on the location and who owns the land

@SW-User it's basically right next to my house. So It would be like adding on to my property. But I don't really want to explain where I live.
