Does anyone know of any decent friend-making-type sites/apps?

This site is fine, but I feel like it’s more of a question/answer type of platform. Now that I’m done with the semester, and I don’t have many friends/things to do, I find myself getting pretty bored. I miss being able to talk and discuss things with people, as I would in classes.
Does anyone know of any decent sites for just friends and chatting (no dating)?

That’s something I’d worry about, too. Like with any “friendly” site, some people will always try to make things sexual. I just got a message from a woman who seemed decent, all she said was “hi,” so I greeted her back. She then responds by telling me “you’d make a great sex slave.” I didn’t do or say anything to warrant that, but she said it anyway.
It’s difficult to find decent websites because of issues like this.

It's just friends. Most of the women I see on there are straight and married.
