To our friends across the pond. ..

do you call yourself British, English or... do you usually say I'm from England or Great Britain.
It just popped in my head. Or maybe you use whatever is easiest to say at the time. I believe the Irish say I'm Irish, and Scots and Welsh probably the same. Does anyone resent their history with the Norse? Inquiring minds wanna know.
Personally I see myself as mutt. I've got native American, German on mom's sideIrish born great grandmother, married a French Swiss fella on dads side. My sir name traces to England. There's a stone in some castle that if you lay up side down and kiss it you get the gift of gab. Leave out the 'L'and there's my sir name. Some have past lives as a prince or duke I think I was Jacques the pig farmer.

I usually say I'm from the Netherlands, which makes me Dutch.
