For me really hard. I tend to overthink a lot which doesn't help
Waffles · 100+
Ahh. Overthinking and I are like best friends haha. I completely understand what you mean. @NomadLiving

I would say it depends on the situation. Somethings are not that big of a deal, but something are because they feel like a betrayal. There are some cases where I’ve let things go, but have distanced myself or don’t really consider the person a friend any longer due to what they’ve done. Although I’m still cordial and there’s no hate just distance.

It’s something that took me many years to master, but I managed to become quite proficient in walking away from anything that isn’t a good fit for me.
A gradual one for me. But it is getting easier.

I'm glad to hear it's getting easier for you @PrivateHell

it depends completely on how much this "thing" impacts my daily life.

It's about as easy as picking up the Rock of Gibraltar and lobbing it all the way to Pluto.
Depends on the hurt.
Waffles · 100+
That is very very true @Fiddlesticks
@Waffles It can be gradual over a very long time and sometimes it is immediate.

I usually let things go in a reasonable amount of time and I don think or worry about it...but I don't forget.
