I moved to vaping after smoking for 10 years.
It's good for quitting if you know you're gonna slip up sometimes but don't wanna smoke cigarettes.

lungs and smell/taste is better now.
Same here. And reducing nicotine along the way.@Ryannnnnn

@Mamapolo2016 Aye, i actually don't mind the nicotine. It was the other stuff i didn't want. But that's my compromise.

@kamikaze2891 The results will motivate you. If you get one get a good one. https://perfectvape.com/freemax-twister-80w-kit/

Best one i've used, perfect for starting. Can adjust the throat hit from 5w up to 80w, and it's made well..if you get cheap ones they'll stop working and you'll end up spending more.
Very true and great advice. If they're unreliable, the fallback is, of course, buy a pack of smokes.

I actually don't like cigarettes any more.@Ryannnnnn

@Mamapolo2016 Yeah me too, every once in a while i'll have half of one but they taste dreadful now. Strange how we get used to how gross they taste.
I think I spent nearly £100 on duds and cheap pens before I got a good one.
At least. My advice is: buy one with a magnetic battery cover, two batteries (buy four rechargeables & keep two on charge) and a tank large enough to last a full day.@Ryannnnnn
