If you hit someones dog on the road...would you stop?

Someone hit my dog today and didnt stop. Thank goodness hes gonna make it.

I have accidently on two different occasions and I not only stopped, I looked until I found out who owned the dog.

@Sunnykel76 I only did what I would hope someone would do for me if it were my pet...I know that doesn't always happen but it's a "Golden Rule" thing.
