Food, water, and shelter...beyond that I could manage. A very close follow up to that is the love of my wife and some sort of income...I have other things and would hate to lose them (and would miss them if I didn't have them), but none are absolutely essential or necessary to live, so as long as I have the first five things I mentioned I am blessed and would be fine.
