If a clone of you appeared right in front of you... And you both freaked out and started fighting each other..
And you killed the clone of you or the visa versa with a stapler ... Is this considered murder or suicide?

It would be murder, clones are a duplicate of you, not you.. plus why freak out... sit down and play with their mind.
