Delayed kiddo going into daycare without normal skills.. worried?

Our little girl is 16 month old.. she’s about to start daycare full time and I am terrified! She crawls well, but unlike all 12 kids in her class - she’ll be the only one that doesn’t walk yet.. doctor says it’s normal but I’m just so sad and worried for her.. also.. she won’t eat or drink by herself.. she won’t hold a bottle, or sippy cup.. she’ll eat a couple bites of her food and throw it all on the floor despite how many no’s we give her... she also wants to be held all the time.. is constantly grabbing on to our legs, throwing tantrums.. and to top it off.. she won’t lay down for a nap despite months of trying and leaving her in her crib for 2 hours starting at 12:30pm on the dot everyday.. I’m at such a loss! And don’t know how her teachers are doing to react.. she’s defiant and just not where she needs to be physically or emotionally.. anyone else have this happen? Did it eventually work itself out?

She sounds very defiant! I have one of those but not near as bad. She's going into kindergarten and will not allow anyone to teach her anything. Fingers are tightly crossed she doesn't live in the principals office. Sorry I'm not much help but I can relate some.

On their own time. And every year is better than the previous one.

High need baby, Dr. William Sears wrote a book about it. She will be fine.
