Why do people think you're a lunatic if you write in green biro?

I used to work somewhere where if you had a green pen you'd be sacked. Honestly. The internal auditors always wrote in green so if you had one you were in trouble !

Green is for auditors

Where I work, we're supposed to use black or dark blue ballpoint pens.
