Have you ever been in any traffic accident?
What happened? How did you feel then? Who was involved in the accident? Did the insurance company pay for repair service? Were you sent to the hospital after the accident?

My 1st accident was when I was about 18. I smashed my Chev into the rear of a Mercedes Benz. My car was wrecked. Even the chassis was bent. Amazingly the Merc driver, my passenger and I were uninjured except for bruises and scrapes.
I was not insured and spent the next 10 yrs or so paying off that debt for repairs to the Merc. I was a stupid young man.

@Wraithorn Oh and here's another interesting one. I was about 20 and driving a police car (because I was a cop). In the early hours of the morning while on patrol I fell asleep. Luckily I didn't crash into another car. I ended up on the sidewalk with two wrecked wheels and a bit of bodywork damage. In that case the state (the taxpayer) footed the bill. I still hadn't outgrown the stupid young man stage...:-)
