I don’t know how anyone under the age of 30 with one job whether you got it from a college degree ( with debts) can afford rent/ mortgages and pay

I think it helps if one starts to study properly when young. I didn't do that so I battled a bit.
On the other hand I was "blessed" with a daughter who studied hard since she was in primary school. She didn't even have a boyfriend until she was 21. She is now 26, a geologist, owns two homes which she rents out, has a luxury car, is engaged to a nice man and goes on holiday to other countries. She makes me extremely proud.

I'm from a different country.. I own little and live on little, I live that way. I plan my finances carefully so I guess its all in order and manageable.
