Why do we feel so much shame?

Why do we shame others so much. I think my generation is so fuked up 😥

Society taught us shame to control us. Its not just your generation, it was worse in the past and is worse in some places like Japan, they feel so much shame they end their own lives.
Its so much worse when its your own family that taught you shame

@MushroomFaerie my dad did when he rejected me, I've spent a lifetime feeling I'm not good enough, I hate relationships and am repulsed by humans in general. They're disgraceful how they treat one another.
