If you had to switch professions right now, what career would you go into?

at this point in my life? aside from my current occupation … probably open a gourmet burger-cafe. grind up the meat as customer orders it … season it the way they request … and cook it medium-rare.

lol … nah, i'd cook the burger according to their preference.
