Is there a documentary or book that really changed the way you thought about something?

Not exactly documentary ones.
Not really a change in my worldview.
But I strongly recomend:

- Descartes' Error: Emotion, Reason, and the Human Brain (António Damásio)

- Patterns in Nature (Peter S. Stevens)

And a novel (political international intrigue / "Espionage") that with humour and irony says more than it may seem:

- The Set Up (Vladimir Volkoff)
