Anyone Else Have To Pay For Your College?

I should graduate in May with Sociology degree (please do not laugh!) But outside of a little help here and there, I paid for everything or took out loans. My prospects for making a lot of money are not great but I might land a job with the state. Did you pay your own way?

No. My father paid about $4000.00 in tuition at my first college, and then he decided to hell with that...and he managed to get a new job as a college professor with a State College. One of the perks of that is free college tuition at any State College for your children. So at my next two colleges, I had a free ride courtesy of my father and his efforts, and the State of Massachusetts. I did pay for my own courses later on at Fisher and at the Boston Museum School of Fine Arts.

@4meAndyou Oh you are Mass. people? Went there once. Rude people. Well, some of them.

@JustinOnTheRoad In Massachusetts people are not used to speaking to strangers, for the most part. Sorry they were rude.

@4meAndyou Oh its all good. They are notorious for that.

@JustinOnTheRoad Didn't know that! Good thing I was born in Nebraska...it might alleviate the curse...😂

@4meAndyou Oh I see. South Dakota here.

@JustinOnTheRoad I've been there. My cousin adopted a little boy from Pine Ridge.

@4meAndyou I sure hope you have. It is just right north of there. I am from Pierre. But go to school in Yankton.

@JustinOnTheRoad We just went up for the tour, and we didn't go to Pine Ridge for obvious reasons, and of course we went to Mt. Rushmore.
