What about the ostrich and cassowary? They can’t fly either. I’m sure there are several more birds that are flightless too.

@MsAnnThropy Over 60 species of birds are flightless. Moa now extinct in NZ. Weka and Kakapo in NZ. Emu in Australia. Penguins. Dodo extinct. Rhea et al.
