So i know some people say that when someone goes to jail for smoking pot they deserve to go to jail because they know what theyre doing is illegal.

Do you also believe Rosa Parks deserved to go to jail because what she knew was she doing was illegal? Or any other person who stood up to oppression? I understand that the police are just doing their job, but also as citizens it's our job i feel to stand up to unjust laws.

Or those who get offended by the smell, the smell wont hurt you. Can't get high off of smelling pot. That'd be like a vegetarian being offended by people having a barbeque.

@VytraValentine im talking about standing up to what you feel is right regardless of what the law says. I know they're two completely different situations but either way it's people doing what they feel is right for themselves and standing up to authority. Usually the government's right but sometimes they're not.
