Picklebobble is right. Don't sabotage yourself by making a list so long you couldn't possibly complete it, even if you were bionic.
The first thing I do when I see I'm up against the time is shut down SW.
More practically:
Shut down SW last night and make your lunch, wash your clothes and lay them out or hang them together. Polish your shoes or wash your shoelaces or whatever. Organize your briefcase. Do whatever it takes not to wake up all in a jumble.

I am among The Greatest Procrastinators of All Time. But we usually don't procrastinate when it's something we really WANT to do - we do it when it's something we HAVE to do.
So. You HAVE to make the bus, yes? So make the bus, draggy tired or not. Then you won't be behind the eight ball all day, worrying about your boss being mad or gettibg fired or whatever. Your boss is not going to fire you for dirty shoelaces. Get up, get real and get ready.

Seek out assistance or something like that

It sounds like there might be a little more going on under the surface. Maybe you could seek to find the underlying cause of the exhaustion and health issues ..if you have not already.
The other advice given here is good. Set alarms for yourself as well.

@JaggedLittlePill No it's my heart issues that need surgery. My twin died from the same disease that caused my heart issues (twin transfusion)

@IndependentGuy I see, that must be a struggle to deal with in many ways!
