Who's the creepiest, scariest or most intimidating villian from all of the shows, movies and books you've read/watched?

this guy from "no country for old men" is terrifying the calm cold how he kills people and how he lets a cointoss decide the fate. there is zero emotions.. no rage, no compassion.
