Is it a bad thing that I have trouble telling people “I love you”

basically family members and people I somewhat care about 🤔

Depends. If you actually don’t love them, don’t lie. But if you do, there may come a time when you wish you’d mentioned it. Especially once they’re no longer around to tell.
