Is it a bad thing that I have trouble telling people “I love you”

Actions are better than words anyway. You can show them that you love them but you don't have to keep saying it.

Depends. If you actually don’t love them, don’t lie. But if you do, there may come a time when you wish you’d mentioned it. Especially once they’re no longer around to tell.
