@SW-User lol I have 3 and a half years to decide but USA was always the number one option but now over the past couple years I don't find it as appealing..quite the contrary. Maybe Canada or somewhere is a better option

@wildbill83 We have all kinds of controls and insurances requirements on cars and yet I have ever seen my car leave the garage by itself and run somebody over so what the difference.
