I like to ask people what their top 3 character strengths are and their 3 biggest character flaws. I find that question VERY telling... in far more ways than the person realizes.

@wackidywack Yes, the ability to self-reflect, the ability to be honest with oneself, and then willingness or lack thereof to be vulnerable to another person by sharing that info....

@wackidywack Also, some come back with the answers right away and they are in depth answers, so I know they've put time and thought into it prior to my asking. Others answer very quickly and put zero thought in, and give answers that have nothing to do with character. It's very telling.
