@wackidywack Yes, the ability to self-reflect, the ability to be honest with oneself, and then willingness or lack thereof to be vulnerable to another person by sharing that info....

@wackidywack Also, some come back with the answers right away and they are in depth answers, so I know they've put time and thought into it prior to my asking. Others answer very quickly and put zero thought in, and give answers that have nothing to do with character. It's very telling.

@wackidywack honestly, I only use it (and the inverse question, they are saying something good about you) in interview contexts :)
