Do you ever miss the Stars? Or do you still have them or never really saw them?

I can remember seeing a blanket of stars frequently at night twenty years ago. Then I moved to Central Florida and on a clear night I can only make out a handful of them. Even returning to my childhood home the once vibrant blanket is more of a sparse spattering. The light pollution just drowns out way too much.
