What do you do when your love affair with alcohol ends?

I truly loved drinking. I'm not enjoying it as much anymore.

Should I quit completely, or just scale back and try to avoid "drinking situations".

That's tough either way. Make a decision but no matter what stick with it. I haven't drank in almost seven years. I made the decision to because it was no longer necessary. Good luck either way

Yeah, it was important to my self-medication for a long while, but now it's just a habit that hurts more often than it helps.
