Yes. No religious institution should be forced to marry gay people, but marriage does not belong to any one religion or to religion in general. There's a reason why marriage is recognized on a legal level and people can get married in a courthouse.

@SW-User You're right about that. The court sees marriage as a business contract. It's very cut and dry.
