Serious question: I have heart issues and I am too weak to walk, does anyone have advice on how to get from one place to the other better?

a bit of a weird question but this has been bothering me for ... a very, very long time.
I have heart issues which need surgery but I have not had the surgery yet, and:
here is what I need help with, just being able to move around properly without getting fatigued
My heart issues began getting worse when I couldn't even walk up the stairs...
