Do you own a home?

Own my home and it has more than doubled since I built it in 1996.

That doesn't mean much till I sell - or should I need a loan. But it beats being underwater with a mortgage.

Yes, we own our home. In 2 years it will be completely paid off. It has appreciated so much that we've thought of selling many times.

I own nothing...I never have to stress over losing it, fixing it, affording it...bliss

before i got married yes. i had a condo. paid 120K and sold it for 191K

the house we are currently living in is in a desirable area and is a lovely home too. it’s also appreciated beyond what was paid to build it.

I used to own one. It has gone up in value about 60K over the last 10 years.

Yes an apartment and yes it’s risen in value since I acquired it

The bank still owns it but it is getting close to being paid off. Lol
