I found many of the questions to be an inaccurate determiner of where a person falls in the spectrum
CrazyMusicLover · 31-35
@MasterofNone I agree.

@MasterofNone True, I scored low on rationalism in spite of being a mathematician simply because I think rational thought is just a tool for finding out about things, and that we are fundamentally emotional beings.

Yeah. And many people have scored low on spiritualism because they think that spirituality is not about God. And "less spiritual" people might have scored more on it because they think spirituality = God.
And Nihilism and Moralism for me are not the only things in that spectrum. For example, Buddhists are neither Nihilists nor Moralists.
A truly spiritual person also respects everything that is in the material world as well and both can't really be separated.
It was a good attempt on the part of the test makers but I must say there are many better personality tests out there which model the psyche in a better way.

@MasterofNone There's no way this quiz could be done well and still be meaningful. It's a fun game but I highly recommend nobody take it seriously. All dichotomies are false, especially when we're talking philosophy.
MasterofNone · 26-30, M
@CountScrofula some dichotomies are at least easier to answer to. No one's upset about this quiz lol
CountScrofula · 41-45, M
@MasterofNone Haha fair point.

@MasterofNone Thank you!! This quiz made me feel so conflicted and bad
MasterofNone · 26-30, M
@SW-User lol welcome. Anytime !

@SW-User it's more about philosophical outlook I think, not necessarily personal values. It's not necessarily how you are categorized, but how you categorize the world, I think.

@ViciDraco We all have our own personal biases when we answer quizzes like this, too, the idealized version of ourselves that we would like to be. I'm probably more egoistic and hedonistic than I like to think, for example.
