40 lbs to lose 1 year after baby? Serious weight Platuea

Had little one 11 months ago. I gained 90 LBs. I wasn’t even eating that much, it was just like every single thing I ate piled on during that 9months. Well here I am, a year later and I’ve lost about 50 lbs. I’ve worked out, dieted all of it to get there. Now I’ve been stuck in a solid platuea for about 5 months. I’m counting calories, I’m working out - tracking my calories in calories out. Working so so hard. And I’m completely stuck. I’ve been tested for so many disorders - thyroid, hashimoto, PCOS - I have serious signs of PCOS (chin hair, acne, at one point insulin resistance - and have forever ! But my blood results NOW after baby, are all coming back normal supposedly. I’ve seen 3 different specialist to make sure. I just am at such a loss. I’m so much bigger than I used to be. I thought surely at 9 months I’d be back to postpartum weight and with all the effort for sure! But it’s not happening - the weight is totally stuck. Anyone have this happen? Did you do anything to get it to budge?

90 lbs is a lot of weight to put on. The most family & friends have put on was 60 lbs.

You may need to change up your workout routine, eat much cleaner, & lessen your calorie intake more. If you’re still nursing, that should help.

It’s good that your results are coming back normal. But if you feel you need a second opinion, then seek it. Maybe you may want to consider working with a nutritionist & personal trainer as well.

Good luck
